To help the adults in needs to improve their self-confidence and to achieve a mental health balance through additional, practical and useful resources and activities; To achieve a higher impact of the HEALTHY initiative, providing trainings and formation programs on a frequent level;
To highlight the fact that emotions and positive thinking have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the body, having a kind of anti-inflammatory effect and, therefore, a positive impact on health.
Studies show a very strong link between gratitude and happiness or general well-being and practical activities.
Practical activities play an essential role in changing human attitudes and in improving daily life.
The adults with bad eating habits, predisposed to having a slow metabolism, leading to gaining weight easily and to become obese;
The adults with children, giving them a bad example of nutrition, affecting their quality of life;
Adult Education organizations, as they are in direct contact with adults from local, regional, national communities.
The families can be a real support in adopting and implementing different activities (practical exercises, case studies, games);
The role of the trainers is essential in improving and changing the attitudes and also in involvement of adult learners with bad eating habits or who are predisposed to obesity.
In regard to the aim of the training on the topic of ''The positive influence of mental health in the process of healing the trauma, ceasing the sorrow and filling the void'‘ it can be noticed that this is related to:
Improve the attitudes and behavior of adults concerning the eating habits and the state of mind;
Raise awareness regarding the positive changes based on involvement of the adults with bad eating habits in additional and useful resources/activities and to increase the motivation of those people in needs concerning the life after traumas and suffering.
Support the professionals (trainers) to achieve a balance between theory and practice in order to help the patients (adults in needs) to see the positive results behind the suffering;
Provide the necessary ‘’steps’’ with the purpose to deliver a training kit witch is useful, friendly and easy to understand.
